Mr. Vylicil works as a Head of Educational Center at CARITAS College of Social Work Olomouc and as an external lecturer at Palacky University Olomouc. His academical interests are in research methodologies used for "needs assessment" or "targeting beneficiaries" and in understanding behavior of various actors in times of humanitarian crises.
