This was a three years interventional study where subjects were screened based on inclusion/exclusion criteria and randomized into control and treatment arms. In this study we have observed that subjects with prediabetes showed better improvement in prevention of diabetes following alternative modes of management. Dietary supplementation of 10 g Fenugreek/day in prediabetes subjects was associated with lower conversion to diabetes.
