Roaring Creek is a tributary of the North Branch Susquehanna River in Columbia County, Pennsylvania in the United States. Roaring Creek joins the North Branch Susquehanna River between the communities of Bloomsburg and Danville. The South Branch joins the main branch approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) upstream of the North Branch Susquehanna River. The Susquehanna River (spelled "Sasquesahanough" on the 1612 John Smith map) is a river located in the northeastern United States. At approximately 444 mi (715 km) long, it is the longest river on the American east coast that drains into the Atlantic Ocean, and with its watershed it is the 16th largest river in the United States, and the longest river in the continental United States without commercial boat traffic.
