In Ethiopian cities/urban centers the attention towards urban storm water drainage is very low. Deforestation along with impervious structures in urban centers reduces the infiltration capacity a land. Thus, to properly manage storm water in a given urban area municipalities should emphasize on sustainable storm water drainage management than the conventional one, which is concentrate on the use use of solid or impervious structures.
