The main factors or issues involved in the analysis in this project include analysis of Plot ratio, plot coverage, land use activities, Building density, and encroachment. The research methodology involved both qualitative and quantitative data collections in order to bring out data that are strong and reliable in making an appropriate decision. The finding indicated that the study area is faced with challenge of not meeting the standards.
