Ezekiel Babire Abugri holds a Commonwealth Executive Master in Public Administration from KNUST, Ghana with huge experience on public policy and National Security. Co-author-Edward Abasimi is currently a Doctoral candidate of development & educational psychology at Northeast Normal University, Jilin, China. Both are happily married.
