It is the fourth museum created in Haiti (1941), and the only one that remains in operation among the first museum creations. This museum institution retains its notoriety. All the more so as it gives legitimacy and provides a showcase for Haitian cultural practices. Without forgetting that it contributes greatly to the democratization of Haitian culture. However, its management system, linked to the management of public institutions, is not up to date. However, they face financial constraints. This is why the MAR is the management model to adopt.
