This research is oriented towards the investment of adult learners in vocational training from the angle of the support relationship. The problem stems on the one hand from a societal problem characterized by the instability of our society impacting the place and the relationship of the trainer. Other elements can interfere with the relationship such as unconscious desires, the internal perception of the learners, the management of the group and the pedagogy adopted by the trainer. Our study focuses on primary skills (courses 1, 2, and 3). Learners are between sixteen and fifty-five years old.
