Autorenporträt

Isakov Oybek Yusufbekovich wurde 1967 in Taschkent geboren und schloss 1995 sein Studium an der Ukrainischen Rechtsakademie in Charkiw ab. Ab 1996 arbeitete er als Rechtsanwalt in der usbekischen Gesellschaft für Behinderte. Im Jahr 2003 wurde er zum Vorsitzenden der usbekischen Gesellschaft für Behinderte gewählt. Im Jahr 2018 wurde er zum Vorsitzenden des usbekischen Behindertenverbandes gewählt.
