Shamsia holds a Master of Arts degree in Peace Studies from University of Notre Dame - U.S.A. and Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ministry in Mission from Catholic University of Eastern Africa - Kenya. She is a peace practitioner with experience in peace research, conflict analysis, peacebuilding and policy advocacy.
