Barr. Melford Aselemi Itari is a Lecturer of Law at the Faculty of Law, Rivers State University, Nigeria. He holds LLB, PGD, LLM, and PhD (in view) degrees from the Rivers State University, as well as a BL from the Nigerian Law School in Lagos. The author is a renowned legal practitioner with publications at both local and international levels.
