Biological fluids have traditionally been the subject of research by physicians, as they carry crucial information about the processes occurring in the body. The wedge dehydration method allows molecular interactions in biological fluids to be translated to the macro level. The morphological blood serum pattern investigation revealed the markers of lipid and protein metabolism disorders and substantiated the possibility of using the wedge dehydration method for express diagnostics of atherogenic dislipoproteinemia and paraproteinemia as well as for control of the treatment efficiency of these disorders. Structural features of the morphological picture of the vesicular bile were revealed that can be used for diagnostics of an aggravation of chronic calculous cholecystitis. For the first time the morphological picture of a liquid part of a punctate of nodular growths of a thyroid gland was studied, the way of a differential diagnostics of benign and malignant nodules of a thyroid gland was developed. The study of the morphological picture of the contents of cystic thyroid nodules revealed inflammatory markers and developed prognostic criteria for the efficacy of sclerotherapy with ethanol.
