Produktbeschreibung
Philosophically rooted in evidence-based, cognitive behavioral counseling approaches, Reflect and Release is a self-help reflective journal created by Dr. Shanel Robinson to assist individuals with critically examining how they understand themselves, others, and their experiences of existing in the world. Through this thoughtful and critical examination, you will: (1) gain insight into unhelpful thinking patterns that impact how you feel and behave, (2) increase problem-solving capabilities on how to implement productive thinking patterns and behaviors, (3) and practice new and evolving ways of being in order to live more authentically. Reflect and Release is not a one time use journal. Reference this journal anytime you find yourself stuck and needing to be released from the shackles holding your mind hostage. Remember, "it's never too late to start over, to leave that job, to let go of that relationship, to switch up your goals, to change your focus; create a life that feeds your soul and gives you meaning."
