Jim Grebey lives on the Space Coast of Florida and grew up in the days of the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo space programs. He remembers what it was like to sit on the gymnasium floor as a child watching in awe as people like Allen Shepard and John Glenn blasted off from Cape Canaveral before it was named as the Kennedy Space Center. These were days when Astronauts were heroes whose name were on every kid's mind. Its no mistake of fortune that brought Jim Grebey to live on the Space Coast of Florida as an adult. He was present to watch numerous Space Shuttle launches and watch the launch of the Falcon 9 heavy rocket as it returned Americans to the space station.
