Amy is a mental health counsellor and yoga teacher living and working on Wurundjeri land (Naarm/Melbourne). She has lived experience of mental illness and works as a lived experience advocate in the public mental health sector in Victoria. She has completed a degree in Counselling and post graduate studies in Forensic Behavioural Science. Amy is an accredited eating disorder clinician and member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders. She offers counselling and support for a variety of individuals, with a special interest in complex trauma and eating disorders. Amy brings her lived experience into the counselling room alongside evidence-based therapy, ensuring that she champions the diverse voices of the people she works with.
