Bhubhindar Singh is Associate Professor and Head of the Graduate Programmes Office at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He has written for European Journal of International Relations, Asian Security and International Relations of the Asia-Pacific, among others. His previous monograph, Japan's Security Identity: From a Peace-State to an International-State, was published by Routledge in 2013.
