Dr. Irfan Ahmad Sofi arbeitet als Assistenzprofessor für Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri, Jammu und Kaschmir (Indien). Er hat 2015 am Indian Institute of Technology Indore promoviert. Zu seinen Hauptforschungsinteressen gehören Industrieökonomie und Arbeitsrecht. Binat-ul-Showket ist Masterstudent an der Universität.
