This book represents the privileged nature of quinazoline scaffolds as effective pharmacological agents. A special importance has been devoted to the synthesis of biologically active leads in last several decades. Development of novel medicinal agents with lesser toxicity and significantly improved resistant profile to fight against various infectious MDR microbes is an urgent need in medicinal chemistry. In an attempt to develop new antimicrobial agents against the struggle with multi drug resistant infectious microbial flora, some new quinazoline scaffolds endowed with thiosemicarbazide and styryl motifs have been synthesized and characterized.…mehr
