We often hear of truth as it may pertain to mathematics, science, medicine, and even the world in which we live. Often we are admonished to adopt "beliefs" and attendant conformance mandates based solely upon the authority of a unvetted source. Unfortunately, we find ourselves in a cultural environment that proclaims as truth, blantant opinion or personal agenda-driven dogma. Unfortunately, "culture" often demands unquestioned fealty to the unvetted dictates of a pseudo-truth. While many such examples are readily recognizable in the course of daily living, there is in reality The Truth that must be rightly confronted as it affects our eternal destiny. This book attempts to challenge the reader as well as the author, to unrelentingly search for the essential Truth that will impact us regardless of whether or not we acknowledge it as such. While failure to acquiesce to the demands of "cultural truth" may result in ostracism or cancellation, failure to apprehend The Truth will lead to unalterable eternal consequences. With more than forty years as a healthcare professional, the author approaches this challenge from the perspective of one who has been trained in what is often referred to as the scientific method for discovery of truth. However, it is now apparent that a new paradigm of ingrained subjectivity is demanded over objectivity; thus, "What is Truth?"
