It was revealed that autopoiesis and paradox are significantly correlated with proactiveness, external orientation, and learning. Fields and attractors are significantly correlated with all quantum leadership dimensions; and fractals are significantly correlated with proactiveness, external orientation, and routines. The path analysis employing the structural equation model (SEM) gavea perfect fit, hence, the creation of the Hexagonal Model on Quantum Dominant Logic, which is the novelty of the study.

She obtained her Professional Education, BS Management, BS Accountancy, MA Business Management, and PhD Management, in the Philippines. Her Diploma in Business was taken at Auckland, NZ. Her papers highlight topics in quantum dominant logic.
