This book presents the overarching concepts on quantum leadership and dominant logic of business managers in the practice of their business. Quantum leadership is based on Fairholm's (2004) dimensions on autopoiesis, paradox, fields and attractors, and fractals; while dominant logic is anchored on Obloj, Obloj, and Pratt's (2010) elements on proactiveness, external orientation, routines, and learning. A research was conducted to 328 retail business managers in Cebu City, Philippines, to determine as to how their quantum leadership dimensions and dominant logic correlate when handling their business. It was revealed that autopoiesis and paradox are significantly correlated with proactiveness, external orientation, and learning. Fields and attractors are significantly correlated with all quantum leadership dimensions; and fractals are significantly correlated with proactiveness, external orientation, and routines. The path analysis employing the structural equation model (SEM) gavea perfect fit, hence, the creation of the Hexagonal Model on Quantum Dominant Logic, which is the novelty of the study.
