In view of this, the aim of this study is to analyse which quality of life at work factors are perceived as relevant by the employees of a Brazilian federal university, UNIPAMPA.

Il est titulaire d'un diplôme en administration des affaires de l'Université fédérale de la Fondation Rio Grande (2000), d'un diplôme de troisième cycle en gestion des affaires et diagnostic de l'Université fédérale de Viçosa (2009) et d'un master en gestion des organisations publiques de l'Université fédérale de Santa Maria (2015). Il est actuellement administrateur à l'université fédérale de Pampa.
