It is all about drumstick leaves powder and value added products using powder. It is evaluated on the basis of organoleptic evaluation, proximate composition and shelf life evaluation. The result found that the products use of 5% powder was best acceptable than 7%. The shelf life of all products was evaluated for the period of 60 days. All products was found acceptable till the storage period and quality was found good.
