Education is an essential tool for nations building that every society must keep an eye on it. Recently, the quality assurance has become an increasingly important factor in higher education. The proposed Quality Assurance system aims to develop the internal quality assurance system of academic programs at the College of Computer and Information Sciences, Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University by replacing the existing paper-based QA System into a web-based system. In addition, the proposed QA system is built using Object-Oriented approach in analysis and design. In general, the QA system will work as: providing users (faculty members) the required report forms to be filled. After they fill reports, the proposed QA system will gather the forms and generates completed reports. At the same time, it provides them to the decision makers whom are the dean of the entire college, heads of departments within department and the QA unit. The proposed QA system will allow decision makers to approve reports and view these gathered information in many views in which will facilitate the making decision processes in the continuing improvement of the educational processes and outcomes.

Sahar Abd El-Rahman has received her M.Sc.(2003) in an AI Technique Applied to Machine Aided Translation, and PhD (2008) in Reconstruction of High-Resolution Image from a Set of Low-Resolution Images, from Benha University, Cairo, Egypt. Her research interests include image processing, information security, E_System, cloud computing and Big Data.
