Therefore organizations should understand this type of contract and its impact on employees and over all organizational performance.This study has been conducted to investigate the effect of psychological contract fulfillment on employee performance. Specifically the research explores the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and performance across permanent and temporary employees.Therefore,getting and reading this study will benefit the readers to understand the mystery behind psychological contract of employee performance.

I obtained BA in Bussiness Administration and BEd in Chemistry from AAU in 2010 and 2011 respectively.I do have MA in Human Resource Managment from the same institution in 2012.Currently, I am teaching chemistry and management courses in Kotebe College of Teacher Education.Moreover,I do have intererst in producing valuable resrearch paper.
