With the advent of technology, the daily activities like interaction with smart cities, social media engagement, generate huge amount of big data. The 5V'S of big data makes its management an enormous task. Hence big data management in cloud as well as provisioning of big data analytics as a service i.e. Analytics-as-a-Service (AaaS) in cloud, is a challenging task. The objective of this book is to propose a set of solutions, through the proposed medical assistance application, which takes into consideration the mobility of the user on road i.e. travelling by car or train. The proposed application offers service in three ways. It allows the user to - find suggested medicine by selecting his/her specific symptom and/or search medical shops to get that medicine, consult a doctor as per requirements and for getting location of hospitals nearby his present location. Location of medical shops or hospitals are displayed in levels - closest, closer and close-by with respect to distances. The proposed medical assistance application has been developed and tested in an android environment. In order to access the AaaS from the cloud, the application needs to be deployed in Google Play Store.
