environment for foreign investors. Albania for
several years has been, and still is an attractable
market for investment, leading on the adoption of
necessary policies and legal framework. This work
will give a general overview of the legal protection
given to foreign investors in Albania,in
comparison with Bulgaria and Romania as countries
with the highest influx of foreign direct
investments in South-East Europe.The work will show
that Albanian, as both these two EU member states,
has the necessary legal instruments to attract and
protect foreign investment

Evgjeni Bashari, received her LLB from the University of Tirana,
Faculty of Law in 2004. In 2006 she was admitted to the LLM
program and received her LL.M. in International Business Law
from Central European University,Legal Studies Department.
