Sara E. Davies, PhD (2005) in International Relations, University of Queensland, is an Australian Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the Griffith Asia Institute and Centre for Governance and Public Policy, Griffith University. Dr Davies is author of Legitimising Rejection: International Refugee Law in Southeast Asia (Martinus Nijhoff, 2007) and The Global Politics of Health (Polity Press, 2010). 'Luke Glanville has recently submitted his PhD thesis in International Relations at University of Queensland. He is a Research Fellow at the Griffith Asia Institute and Centre for Governance and Public Policy, Griffith University, Australia.
