The incidence and prevalence rate of prostate cancer are increasing in Zambia due to the high suspicion index, ability to diagnose it and increasing prostate cancer screening programs. The advancing knowledge in prostate, the diagnosis and management of patients with prostate cancer has become more efficient and effective at Ndola teaching Hospital, Zambia. The screening programs are also been put in place is certain areas of the country.

Autor

Kingstone Zuze is a final year medical student at the Copperbelt University School of Medicine. He went to a public school in Kitwe, and finished his secondary school in 2013. In 2015 he went to Lusaka Apex Medicine University where he did his premedical foundation, and on  September 2016 he joined The Copperbelt University School of Medicine.
