Hajar Saeed Hamad Alhubaishi tem um DBA da Universidade de Abu Dhabi, EAU. É Directora Executiva do Centro de Estatística e Competitividade de Ajman. Tem dois mestrados: um em Gestão da Qualidade pela Universidade de Wollongong no Dubai (2009) e o segundo em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade Canadiana do Dubai (2010).
