The immigrant teachers usually encounter substantial difficulties in their school induction. The research presented in this book investigated one group of such teachers in Israel, focusing on the immigrant EFL teacher difficulties and needs on the one hand, and factors that assisted these teachers overcome their problems and develop professionally,on the other.
