This book utilizes the multilateral index method in computing TFP and a method to measure productivity. The author can estimate convergence in productivity and calculate the speed of convergence. The data model consists of 773 observations in the food industry from 2000 to 2012. The results of this work indicate that there exists strong evidence of productivity convergence among firms in the food industry.
