Research into various agronomic practices are needed in order to improve productivity, in particular, simple methods for rapid generation and multiplication of planting materials, characterization of high yielding and good quality cultivar are needed to be explored. Hence, most promising varieties that possess numerous potential characteristics in terms of productivity, tolerance to taro Leaf Blight, nutrient levels and sensory acceptability were explored and compiled in this book.
