The round table discussed the spread of atypical employment and the problems of its legal regulation, as well as the specifics of remote labour in Russia. Reports from participants reflected the most problematic legal issues arising in labour relations during the pandemic. The outcome of the round table confirmed the need for cooperation between state authorities, public organizations, institutions and labour collectives in the legal regulation of atypical employment in order to better align the interests of the parties to labour relations.
Autorenporträt
En 2006, se graduó con honores en la rama (instituto) de Orenburg de la Universidad O.E. Kutafin (Academia Estatal de Derecho de Moscú). Desde 2015, es profesora del Departamento de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social de la rama de Orenburg (Instituto) de la Academia Estatal de Derecho de Moscú. En 2017 defendió su tesis doctoral. Desde 2020, director adjunto del departamento, profesor asociado.
