It has been distressingly reported that many learners in the field of pediatric psychiatry, both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, develop satisfactory knowledge acquisition in the fields of study, but fail to develop satisfactory clinical diagnostic prowess when it comes to clinical practice. One of the crucial roles of instructors and professional trainers in the field of child psychiatry is to encourage learners to practice deep learning approaches by making the studied materials interesting, and design a curriculum and assessment methods that encourage comprehension which culminates in building clinical diagnostic experiences. The aim of this book is to describe an accredited training course in pediatric psychiatry which conducted during April 2022 and that aimed at providing the participants an introductory knowledge about the practice of child psychiatry and common childhood psychiatric disorders. This course also provides the participants with the foundation skills ofthe practice pediatric psychiatry.

È stato capo della sede irachena del gruppo internazionale di scienziati Copernicus (2006-ottobre 2020).
