For proper diagnosis of infection as well as disease management and prevention, identification of appropriate test kit is necessary.Aim and Objectives: The Aim of the study was to calculate the prevalence of hepatitis B in patients visiting Sri Aurobindo College of Dentistry, Indore by Hepacard Test.Methods: A prospective study was conducted from December 2019 to May 2021in Sri Aurobindo College Of Dentistry,Indore ,India. A total of 650 blood samples were received for HBsAg diagnosis in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Sri Aurobindo College Of Dentistry,Indore ,India. Each blood sample was tested for HBsAg using rapid card test [HEPACARD KIT].Result: 'Hepatitis B' is mostly prevalent among the individual aged 34 to 48 years. The majority of population in whom prevalence of HBsAg was found high were males.
