Tom Connor is a journalist, business writer, author and book producer. He attended, and failed or was thrown out of, Our Lady of Suspicious Conception School, Thomas More School, and Harvard. As a journalist, his work has appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Town & Country , and Writer's Digest, among other publications. He has also written custom business content for Fortune, Forbes, and Bloomberg BusinessWeek. With long-time friend and collaborator Jim Downey, he is the co-author and -producer of half a dozen parodies. Jim Downey is a copywriter, journalist and author. He has written and produced award-winning human interest pieces for NPR as well as skit-comedy pieces for Comedy Central television. He is the co-author with Tom Connor of the national best-selling parodies, Is Martha Stuart Living? and Martha Stuart's Better Than You at Entertaining, amongst others.
