STEPHEN DAVIS and Paul Trapp are lifelong friends who met over thirty years ago when Paul was on his way to attend Catholic seminary. After several false starts, Paul and Stephen launched their first successful business in February of 2006, which is called Federal Conference, Inc. Federal Conference enjoyed moderate growth during its infancy, but experienced explosive growth during their adolescent years, becoming a two-time Inc.500 award recipient.
