A significant high level of body temperature, triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, AST, T3, homocysteine, total oxidant status, MDA, Ca and zinc concentration while lower concentration of serum proteins, albumin, antioxidant status, Na, Fe and Se concentration was observed in women at the end of the pregnancy. Pearson correlation was determined to observe the relationship of homocysteine and DNA damage with the clinical biochemical profiles of pregnant women.
