If human beings exist on earth for a purpose, it is likely to be scientific research. Rolling out the frontiers of knowledge is our species-specific specialty and our special hang up and responsibility. If we fail to do this, we fail in everything else. Variations in the environmental energy parameters such as temperature, pressure, relative humidity, conductivity of ionosphere, earth s magnetic field, gravitational field etc either natural or man-made has led to calamities such as tsunamis and earthquakes. Different sensors enable us to monitor different parameters. An extensive study based on these parameters is now possible in a very simplified way using the interfacing technique. The research work presented here is based on such an electronic technique developed for precise detection of physical parameters and interfacing it with the microcontroller and related software to send an alarm in Audio and Visual forms when the parameters exceeds Critical thresholds.
