In preparation for Pentecost, firstly you need cleansing by the blood, then the anointing of the Holy Spirit can come. The cleansing power of the blood must cleanse a life before the Holy Spirit falls on that life. Where the blood has cleansed, the Spirit may fall! What qualifies a person for the anointing of the Holy Spirit is the cleansing by the blood of the Lamb. Total filling requires total cleansing!
