Debra K. S. Barker (Rosebud Sioux / Sicangu Lakota Nation) serves as director of the American Indian Studies Program and is a professor of English at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Connie A. Jacobs is a professor emerita at San Juan College. Her recent co-edited books include The Dine Reader: An Anthology of Navajo Literature and Louise Erdrich's Justice Trilogy: Cultural and Critical Contexts.
