Mr Okafor has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Banking & Finance, and another Masters degree in Asset & Risk Management. He is a Certified Management Accountant and currently works at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna, Austria.Mr Okafor is also the author of Post Crisis Reforms in the Nigerian banking Industry.
