Monica Lynn Clements is a teacher and a writer who was born in East Texas. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor's degree in English and French. She is an antiques dealer specializing in rare books. Patricia Rosser Clements, her co-author and mother, is a longtime collector of antiques and an antiques dealer. Her other interests include art and design as well as photography.
