This research work will attempt to make a comparative analysis between the local elections of 1988 with the Patriotic Union as the party to be analyzed, and the local elections of 2019 with Comunes as the second party to be analyzed. To make this analysis, electoral cartography will be used to deepen the observation of the objects of study and to identify the municipalities where the relationship between political violence and electoral performance is more direct.
