Thus, this work allows to cross the regulation of the political parties on its functioning as recognized by the Law n° 04/002 of March 15, 2004 relating to the organization and the functioning of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo; on the private or public financing as recognized by the Law n° 08/005 of June 10, 2008 relating to the public financing of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo; As well as the statute of the opposition of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo.

Ben Michel Mbumba wurde am 05.01.1997 in Kinshasa geboren. Ehemaliger Student der Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino(Buenos Aires, Argentinien). Derzeit hat er einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Politikwissenschaften (Université Catholique du Congo) und ist politischer Aktivist (Communicateur Politique).
