Dr. SWARNA LATHA GANDI completed her Masters Degree in both Political Science and Public Administration from Andhra University. She obtained Doctorate Degree in Political Science and Public Administration Andhra University. She has published several Research Articles and Participated/Presented Research Papers in National and International Seminars.
