Peter Obicci Adoko was born on 8th August, 1971 in Kitgum (now Agago district) in northern Uganda. He holds a masters degree in management studies with specialization in public administration and management. His other qualifications are in the field of Business studies; religion and philosophy; philosophy; divinity; theology and pastoral studies.
