I love all genres, but I especially love children's picture books-mostly because I'm an overgrown child myself. I'm 58-years-old and still can't resist jumping on the bed! I have always been known as a doodler. There has never been a clean piece or paper (or napkin) anywhere in the vincinity as long as I've been around. For whatever reason, I now have the urge (grandchildren) to get my stories (and napkins) out there. I'm currrently working on a series of children's picture books that feature animals listed on the World Wildlife Fund endangered list. What better way to raise awareness then through the hopeful, joyful, inspirited eyes and hearts of children. My love of children and my love of animals have naturally become the perfect foundation for my children's stories.
