Simon Mark Smith is a published writer whose work has appeared in magazines and poetry tomes, including a Microsoft book and Christmas Card, don't knock it, they paid him well. He has also published three other books.Initially, Smith studied and received a BA in Fine Art Painting from Chelsea School of Art and for a number of years his work was exhibited in major galleries, such as The Laing, Macintosh and Diorama. He'd later come to work for the Arts Council's policy-making division, as well as for Microsoft, both as a writer and a public speaker. He also worked as a writer, singer-songwriter, studio photographer, digital artist, computer consultant and teacher.He has written two autobiographical volumes, Simon's Diary Volume One - Love, Hate and Knowledge and Simon's Diary Volume Two - Ideologies and Beliefs, as well as a Travel Diary Book.
