The use of plasmid-curing agents in combination with antibiotics may serve as a possible way to contain the development and spread of antibiotic resistance. In the instances where the plasmid is stable or the loss of property difficult to determine, the bacteria can be treated with curing agents. The use of plasmid-curing agents in combination with antibiotics may serve as a possible way to contain the development and spread of antibiotic resistance. In the instances where the plasmid is stable or the loss of property difficult to determine, the bacteria can be treated with curing agents. These include chemical and physical agents, some of which can mutate DNA, interfere specifically with its replication, or affect particular structural components or enzymes of the bacterial cell. This study performed with patients those are admitted into the ward, in Sakolkar Hospital and Research Center, at Aurangabad. A total of 40 urine sample were analyzed for isolation, identification, and antibiotics sensitivity as well as plasmid curing by physical and chemical mutagens used against multiple antibiotic resistant UTI pathogens and oligodynamic activity against UTI pathogens.
